The FISV 2008 registration procedure involves 3 quick and easy steps.
-
1. PRE-registration (submit your personal data, such as name, affiliation, address, etc)
You will need to enter this data only once; it will be used in subsequent steps (also in the case of multiple abstract submissions), and even in future FISV events! You will be able to update this data at any time.If you have completed this step in previous years, jump straight to Step 2!
If you are an Invited Speaker or a Session Chair, your data (at least in part) is already in our database—please don't create a new entry. Jump straight to Step 2!
Remember that a password can always be retrieved from our automated system, either from any of the Login screens or via the Additional Services page; instructions will be sent to you by e-mail.

2. Meeting registration
This will allow you to select your attendance days, get information about the registration fee and mode of payment, request financial support, etc. You need to complete step 1 before registering for the meeting. -
3. Submit a presentation abstract
If you wish to submit a presentation for one of the Special Interest Subgroups or one of the themes for Oral Communictions, this is where you submit the required abstract. In the latter case, you will be able to choose whether to be eligible for an Oral presentation or ask to be considered only for a Poster presentation; only Poster presentations are accepted for the Special Interest Subgroups. The online abstract submission pages will be open from 18 June 2008 to 12 July 2008.
Invited Speakers should submit their abstracts directly from the Programme pages. As an Invited Speaker, you will have received specific instructions for your Abstract Submission; if you need assistance, contact us by clicking here.
Each of the above steps can be completed separately, at your leisure. Detailed information is available online during each procedure. You are strongly encouraged to look at our Information page before starting your registration.
